Hyperformance® Glass Products come with a two year, unlimited-mileage, limited warranty which provides for repair or replacement of select products under certain conditions (“Limited Warranty”).

This warranty is the only express warranty made by Hyperformance® Glass Products (“HGP”), and except where prohibited by law, this warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy. To the extent allowed by law, any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the terms of this express warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Hyperformance® Glass Products are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for two years and unlimited miles when purchased directly from HGP or one of our authorized distributors.

Only the following Hyperformance® Glass Products are covered under this Limited Warranty (“Covered Products”).

Ford F-Series Windshields: - Product No. HTF-DW02578 and HTF-DW02579 
Jeep JL/JT Windshield - Product No. HTJ-DW02668
Mustang Qtr. Window- Product No. HSF-DQ13294S

HGP will determine in its sole and absolute discretion, if your Hyperformance® Product is covered under this Limited Warranty, and whether replacement, repair, or refund of your Covered Product is appropriate.

Only claims made within two years of purchase are eligible for this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Period”). Your Covered Product will only be repaired or replaced once within the Warranty Period and an approved warranty claim will not reset the Warranty Period.

Damages caused by any other force such as an accident, large debris, fraud, falling objects, or acts of God are not covered under this Limited Warranty. Damages resulting from collision, theft, vandalism, owner negligence or intentional act, natural disasters, or modification are not covered under this Limited Warranty. Damages caused by improper installation of Covered Products are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers only Covered Products purchased from HGP or an authorized distributor. HGP must approve your warranty claim prior to any repair, replacement, or refund. Any repairs to your HGP Windshield not approved by HGP may void this Limited Warranty.

Damage occurring or claims made after two years from purchase of HGP Windshield are not covered under this Limited Warranty (“Warranty Period”). Your HGP Windshield will only be repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty once within the 2 year Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty provides only for repair or replacement by an Authorized Service Representative. This Limited Warranty covers only HGP Windshields purchased directly from HGP or an authorized distributor. Any repairs to your HGP Windshield not approved by HGP may void this Limited Warranty.
